Coconut Mango Lime Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk (light or regular)
  • ¼ cup mango juice
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 4 Tbsp. honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks, if they’ll stand on their own or, freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour then insert sticks.
  3. Freeze overnight before serving.
