Margaritaville Lime Shrimp Taco
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes of Margaritaville Island Lime Shrimp
- Cook shrimp according to package instructions and set aside
- Bagged coleslaw mix
- Use the liquid from shrimp and add ¾ cup of mayo and mix
- Add 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- For added spice, use 1 tbsp of pickled jalapeño with the juice or ½ teaspoon of tajin spice
- Mix/blend thoroughly and chill
- Air fry or toast corn tortillas until toasted thoroughly
- Assemble your taco with slaw, shrimp, salsa and avocado slices
- Add a few dashes of red pepper flakes and lime wedge for garnish
