Mesquite BBQ Steak Kebobs
INGREDIENTS
- Margaritaville Mesquite BBQ Rub
- 3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red bell pepper, cored and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 large green bell pepper, cored and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 bunch of cilantro, for garnish
- Lime
DIRECTIONS
- Cube sirloin steak and toss to coat with Margaritaville Mesquite BBQ Rub. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.
- Once the meat has marinated, thread it onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
- Grill kebabs over medium heat, turning often, until all sides of the meat are well browned and vegetables are tender - about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Top with cilantro, serve with a slice of lime and enjoy!
