Piña Colada Yogurt Parfait
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups vanilla or coconut yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed pineapple, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Add 1/3 cup yogurt to the bottom of each of 4 glasses.
- Alternate layers of pineapple and yogurt until glasses are filled.
- Top with sprinkle of nut and fruit mix and serve immediately.
