INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup pitted greek olives, halved
  • 8 oz. feta cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup Margaritaville Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
