Coconut Mango Lime Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk (light or regular)
- ¼ cup mango juice
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 Tbsp. honey
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks, if they’ll stand on their own or, freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour then insert sticks.
- Freeze overnight before serving.
